John, an ordinary American, lived a life filled with unhealthy habits. His days were characterized by high-fat diets, lack of exercise, and a hectic work schedule. Little did he realize that these choices would have significant consequences in the not-so-distant future.Initially, John only experienced subtle discomfort.
